Dietitian's tip: Serve this chilled spinach dip with a variety of raw vegetables, such as bell pepper strips, zucchini coins, cauliflower and broccoli florets, and carrot, celery and jicama sticks.

Serves 10

Ingredients

    1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream
    1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    3 green onions, chopped

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled with a variety of raw vegetables.
